Easy Returns

If you change your mind or the fit isnโ€™t right, we will be pleased to offer an exchange, store credit or refund.

CHOOSE FROM AUSPOST RETURNS OR DHL

AUSPOST is lower cost but takes longer (10-20 days) and your refund or exchange is processed after we receive your return.ย  AUSPOST returns are only available if your original parcel was sent to you via AUSPOST.

DHL is faster - 3 to 5 days.ย  It may cost a little more but your package is picked up from your location, and you'll have your exchange back to you in no time or your refund back to you more quickly.

AUSPOST 10-20 Days $15

STEP 1:ย  Complete & send the return form below.ย  We will process it on the AusPost system.

STEP 2:ย  ย You will receive an email from AusPost providing details of your return.

STEP 3: Prepare your package and either:

  • Go printerless - Drop off at any AusPost Shop and they will print & attach your label, or
  • Print your own label & attach it.ย  Drop off at any:
    • Post shop
    • 24/7 Parcel Locker or
    • Street Posting Box (size permitting).
Returns from Australia Form - AUSPOST

$15 AusPost Return.ย  The cost of your return is deducted from any refund or credit.ย  If an item was sent as Free Shipping and the return means Free Shipping would not have applied, then the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

$15 AusPost Exchange.ย  We'll be in touch when we have your exchange ready to send, and we'll confirm any amount due.

DHL 3-5 Days $25

STEP 1:ย  Complete & Send the Return Request Form below.

STEP 2:ย  We will process it on the DHL system and email you a completed Address/Tracking page & Customs Declaration.

STEP 3:ย Prepare your package:

  • reuse the DHL bag in which your order was delivered or your own packaging.

  • attach the return address label. Please cover or cross out any existing address information.

  • print the Address/Tracking page & Customs Declaration that we will send you and include this in the clear pocket on the outside of the DHL bag.

STEP 4:ย  Phone DHL to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Returns from Australia Form - DHL

$25 DHL Return.ย  The cost of your return is deducted from any refund or credit.ย  If an item was sent as Free Shipping and the return means Free Shipping would not have applied, then the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

$25 DHL Exchange.ย  We'll be in touch when we have your exchange ready to send, and we'll confirm any amount due.
